Ali Pretty and Richard White have created walks retrace Isaac Newton’s life and family connections in the South Kesteven landscape. The walks are the result of a collaboration with historian Russell Newton, local community members and volunteers from the Lincolnshire’s Age of Scientific Discovery project, supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund.

Join the walks on Friday 26th September & Saturday 27th September

Ali and Richard have also been awarded an Arts Council grant to support the project. Working with local community members,  Ali has created a series of stunning flags that reflect key locations on the Newton Footstep’s route. The flags will be presented on route – come and join in the celebrations!

Richard White will be creating a digital interactive multimedia backdrop to the Newton Walks taking place during the GravityFields Festival on Friday 26th and Saturday 27th September.

You will be able to join the walk at various points or respond through the ether!!
